Delightful Design: Modern French Country

This farmhouse nestled in the bucolic countryside near Lake Ontario proves that French Country doesn't always mean bright golds, burgundies and cobalt blues wrapped up in toile bow. This homeowner took the pared down approach to create a more sophisticated farmhouse. 

A neutral base of taupes, grays and weathered woods is the perfect backdrop to light blue and pink scattered throughout. Well curated and streamlined accessorizing helps keep these spaces light and airy.
