Apartment Crush: Ellie Somerville

I've long admired the home of Lonny's Associate Market Editor, Ellie Somerville. The most amazing thing is that this gorgeous and elegant apartment... it's a rental! Aha, it is possible to turn a run of the mill rental apartment into a stunner without investing in the space permanently. The decorative paint work lends an old world/ parisian chic feel to the apartment's principle space. I'm also adoring the Farrow & Ball wallpaper she used in the kitchen which is renter friendly - using painter's tape as a layer between wall and double sided tape renter's can have all the drama of wallpaper without worrying about damaging the wall when it's removed.
