Like most of the fashion savvy consumers out there I waiting eagerly for May 1st and the arrival of Calypso St. Barth's collaboration with Target stores. While I admired many of the patterns and prints used for the clothing lines I was a tad disappointed by the quality of the fabrics - I don't know why I was expecting a higher percentage of cotton than man-made fibers but I was and hence the let down. Oh well, I have enough clothes. All was not lost as I was delighted by a few accessories and home items.
I ordered a couple of those divine pillows for my living room. Guess I'll really have to change out the slipcover on my sofa now {laziness has prevailed so far}. I also ordered the straw tote for bicycling to the beach, it should be large enough to hold a book, sunscreen, a snack and any other necessities. The only think I haven't been able to get my mitts on is one of the Moroccan poofs; I wanted one for a footrest at my desk.
